The NBC Winner Foundation is a private family foundation set up by Neil Bruce Copp OBE, his wife Monique and their children, Christina and Jonathan. Following the sale of Neil’s business, Targus Group in 1996 a foundation was established that gives a six figure sum in total each year on application to worthy charities.
Neil has a long history of involvement with children’s charities, which comes from a strong belief that children have the right to live life to the full and get the best possible care, regardless of their circumstances or health. The Foundation focuses its resources on this area, supporting causes as diverse as his local children’s hospice and CLIC Sargent Cancer Care for Children. The fact that recipients of funds and grants have to date been quite specific and often unique in their causes is a testament to the genuine personal concern and involvement that is the driving force behind this Foundation and its desire to make a difference.
